Perfect tea to open and enjoy – especially on a cold Winter Solstice day. Bring on the winter snow. This extremely “mellow, soft Oolong tea” is just great. Smells mildly of toasted almonds. I am impressed by the beautiful color and the delicate taste for an Oolong tea. Really a sophisticated tea. Congratulations to the grower. It is processed perfectly.
