Steeping duration

Suggested no. of infusions: [5]

Additional comments:

1) Warm your teapot to maintain a high temperature during infusion.
2) Empty the teapot and insert the tealeaf.
3) Pour right-off-the-boil hot water into the teapot onto the tealeaf.
4) Steep for 20 seconds to 1 minute.
Steeping at a high temperature for a shorter period of time will release the tea’s aroma without extracting too much of its flavor at once.
This allows you to continue steeping throughout multiple brews.

Perfect tea to open and enjoy – especially on a cold Winter Solstice day. Bring on the winter snow. This extremely “mellow, soft Oolong tea” is just great. Smells mildly of toasted almonds. I am impressed by the beautiful color and the delicate taste for an Oolong tea. Really a sophisticated tea. Congratulations to the grower. It is processed perfectly.
