A well-balanced organic gyokuro from the Uji-tawara region in kyoto. Predominantly herbal notes, making it a light and refreshing gyokuro, yet maintaining a good body. A refreshing gyokuro with distinct herbal notes, balancing well beteen a not too heavy nor too light character.

Farmer: Nagatani Chagyō.
Cultivar: Gokō and Uji-midori blend.
Harvest: 2018.

Brewing Suggestion

・Water amount:100cc
・Amount of tea :5g
・Water temperature:60℃
・Steep duration:180 sec.

Suggested no. of infusions: [3]
Raise the temperature and steep for shorter periods of time over successive brews for a more varied pleasure of the tea.
