Koshun Organic Oolong
An organic Oolong from Shimada in Shizuoka Prefecture. The Koshun cultivar is primarily renowned for its sweet, milky flavour. Its tea has a distinctly deep and full-bodied character, with, in the drinker’s nose, both a suspicion of citrus and a slightly flowery yet predominantly sour tickle. The milky savour of infusions from leaf of this species demonstrates an easygoing depth, accompanied by a satisfying freshness. As imbibing such an infusion also has a warming effect on the body, this tea has an especial appeal for young women.
